This luxury four season cottage is a rare find. It's a brand new, stunning waterfront lake house located only a 90-minute drive from Toronto. Four decks, a large dock, and a reading nook ensure there is plenty of room for both entertainment and work.
The bright and spacious open concept offers lots of room for relaxing or working away from home. The main floor of the cottage has pine clad cathedral 18' ceilings and a large stone fireplace. Huge windows in the room open to a beautiful lake view.
The house also offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a separate suite in the basement with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a large living room and a bathroom. There is also a queen size bed and a sofa bed, as well as a gas fireplace for cold nights. At the basement entrance there is a brand-new screened porch for mosquito free nights and ensured privacy.
The cottage is within a short drive to a many small shops, beaches, restaurants, golf club, an LCBO and walking and ATV trails. Mount St. Louis skiing and snowboarding resort is only a 20-minute drive. Midland and Orillia are approximately 40 minutes away from the cottage.
