| This was a very comfortable cottage with a lovely view with all the amenities, however, it would have been nice to know in advance that you cannot drink the water but Brien did supply several bottles of potable water. If you are going to the cottage to enjoy swimming and water fun, this is not the place. The water was so weedy, mucky and gross; you can't swim but we did kayak. If you own a Seadoo, bring it! Seems to be the waterfront for that type of activity. You also have to listen to the neighbors 'Dad Rock' all day and their non-stop water-crafts zooming around all day and 100 kids. Glad they were having fun but they didn't care about anyone around them. The pickleball courts in Honey Harbour were top notch which was the highlight of our week. We did enjoy getting out to tour Bala and Port Severn which are nearby and are beautiful. Sadly there was a fire ban while we were there but there is plenty of wood to burn if allowed. Brien was very a good host and responsive to our questions.

| This cottage was perfect for our family's needs - the four bedrooms and three bathrooms plus huge backyard and deck were awesome. The local pickle ball courts were enjoyed. The backyard provided lots of laughter playing the various games provided. The kayaks and water were fun. The location was quiet and the view beautiful. We had a fabulous couple of days full of relaxation, playing, eating together and laughter. Thank you to our hosts!

| We stayed here with our family and friends for 3 days. The cottage is absolutely beautiful. Very clean and spacious. The owners were so hospitable and provided us with everything we could need and answered all of our questions. There were lots of outdoor games, as well as kayaks and a pedal boat that we used. We will definitely be back next year!

| My family and I spent Canada Day weekend at the cottage and we had a great time. While the weather did not cooperate for us- there was still lots for us to do Boating, going for walks, fishing, bean bag toss, games inside and so on. The cottage is very roomy/spacious and has everything you need. The owners were also very kind and accommodating.

| My friends and I had a fantastic weekend at Brian's cottage. It is beautifully maintained and renovated and features numerous amenities that are perfect for a weekend getaway! The location and peaceful ambiance of the cottage are truly picturesque. It is a hidden gem that is nestled in an area of comfort and tranquillity. The lake is serene for kayaking, fishing, and watching the sunset. The interior of the cottage has a clean, modern, and Muskoka aesthetic that I found appealing, which added to the experience. Brian was very accommodating, and responsive, and communicated in a friendly/professional manner. The lakefront view and the tall windows provide renters with a beautiful view of the nature/lake. To anyone who is reading this review, imagine, your family, friends, and acquaintances barbecuing in Muskoka, the immaculate memories you'll have will be cherished, especially at Brian's cottage! I highly recommend Brian's cottage for a memorable and engaging experience!
