Owner response: Thank you for the positive feedback Shanelle! So pleased you and Matt had a great Thanksgiving weekend at Cottage on Shea Lake. Yes, the hot tub is pretty sweet as the weather cools down ... and the leaves are glowing in their fall colours. Come back soon!

| Highly recommend this beautiful, immaculately kept cottage hidden away from life's hustle and bustle. The cottage provides everything needed to enjoy a quiet, relaxing stay. Hot tub, fire-pit, BBQ, and numerous bright yellow Adirondacks scattered around the property enabling you to hide away and read a book, sleep or simply enjoy the view and listen to the Loons. Paddle boards located on the water's edge enable you to explore the serene lake and take in everything nature provides. Whether you're a couple of families or having a fun weekend with the girls, you won't be disappointed!

| Cottage on Shea has become a summer tradition for our big blended family! We absolutely love it. It meets all our needs and feels like home. We spend most of the hot summer days on the beautiful dock, watching the kids and the dog swim. Pam is an excellent host who has made sure everything you need is available. This cottage is perfect for two families or a big one like ours!

| Despite the less than summery weather and peak bugs we had a fabulous time at the Cottage on Shea! Absolutely well stocked with everything you need even for our pup who enjoyed having a spot to wade into the water.
The two floors would be great for a family or two couples to be together but have their own spaces. The lower deck and hot tub are so comfortable and the 5km route around the lake made for great runs to work off the baked goods from the local bakery (353...don't skip it!).
A short drive to Mt St Marie offered great hiking that even the dog loved. Blue Sea Lake was also a fabulous short trip.
Shea lake is the perfect size. Quiet but large enough for a solid paddle. Paddle boards, kayaks and canoe are all in great shape and there are Muskoka chairs a plenty for relaxing after. Thanks for sharing this fantastic getaway with us!

Owner response: So pleased that you enjoyed your stay at Cottage on Shea Lake Michel and did some exploring of the local area. And yes, that 5k run around the lake is a good one! And agree, a visit to Franz's bakery at #353 in Kazabazua is a must visit. She is adjacent to the depanneur across from Canada Post. Well, we hope you make your way back to Shea Lake again Michel! Thank you for the informative and positive review. Grateful.
