Newly renovated lifted beach front cottage. Located across the road from the beautiful Turkey Point beach. We are about a 10 minute walk to the Marina and very close to jet ski rentals. Close to the winery, bicycle paths, zip lining, snowmobiling and much more.

Bird watchers could sit on the deck and watch all the beautiful birds. Gorgeous sunrise and sunsets in Turkey Point. Lots of sandbars and of course lots of seagulls :) Beach is very child friendly.

You have access to the whole cottage plus a beautiful deck.

Downstairs has one double bed and two singles. Our loft has one double bed and two single beds.

Free parking in the driveway and can park two vehicles and additional parking available across the road (on grass).

Cottage is available all year and has heat and air conditioning.

Guests need to pack :
-all linens including blankets (can provide sheets for extra)
-pillows ( a few are available in the cottage)
-food
- personal hygiene items

What is provided:

Some friends and I decided to get away for a weekend. The majority of us live in the Brantford area so it was close to home but far away enough to feel like we were miles away.

The cottage itself was extremely clean and well organized. Anything and everything that we needed to survive the weekend was readily available. The town of Simcoe is about a 15-20 minute drive away so you don't really have to pack food and drinks before hand which saves a lot more space and time when it comes to packing the car. There are some amenities in Turkey Point however our stay was during the off season and much of them had closed up shop for the winter.

Jodi did let us know beforehand that she was in the middle of updating a few of the rooms with some paint and decor but that really didn't effect our stay in anyway. We all understood that we were renting during the off season and this was primetime to get stuff like that done before the summer.

The best part was that it was so close to the beach. It's right outside the front door! The location of this cottage within Turkey Point.

I highly recommend!

Very nice cottage, right across from the lake with lots of great amenities. We had a last minute booking and Jodi accommodated is without a problem. I would rent it again

This is a lovely little cottage with great views of the lake and the activity of the birds and the kite surfers. There's room for 8 at the dining table but less room for watching tv. The beds are all very comfortable. 2 of the bedrooms are in the loft with access from rather steep steps. It wasn't ideal for our group of seniors but we made do. The kitchen is well equipped and the dishwasher was a bonus. We would definitely return with grandchildren. Jodi was very prompt with her responses which we did appreciate.

This cottage has so much to offer!! It was clean, nicely updated, and easily accommodated our family of six. Our kids (7 and 11 yrs) loved going up the step ladder and having the whole loft to themselves. We loved watching the sunrise each morning on the large front deck, and one night the large front windows displayed an epic lightning storm.

The cottage is located steps away from a beach with several sandbars. On the weekdays, we were often one of the only families there. At the end of the road, there's a restaurant and a seadoo rental. The cottage is located in a quiet area.

Jodi was a great host, and responded quickly to any questions; very friendly and thoughtful.

Fantastic little cottage conveniently close to main Turkey Point beach but just far enough down the road to avoid the crowds. Inside the cottage is clean and bright and the use of space is optimized. Watching the sun rise on the beautiful front deck with your morning coffee is lovely. Jodi is very friendly, prompt, and easy to deal with.
