| OMG... Me and my wife had the time of our lives... We never rented a cottage in December before, but I think it will be our new tradition...The stay at the seagulls nest was so warm and cozy., it was so clean, Th beds were so comfortable, plus we were able to have a fire on the 24 and the 25 .I could go on and on about this cottage, The owners are fantastic made sure we had everything we needed. Again I think this will be our getaway in December. Thanks so much for having us in your home!!!!

| Had a lovely 2 night stay. The cottage is clean and very comfortable. Loved having my morning coffee on the sunny deck listening to the birds on the lake just across the road. Such a relaxing and serene experience.

| My partner and I had the pleasure of returning to stay here again for a few days earlier this month.
It was extremely relaxing and quiet for the both of us.
We watched the sun come up over the water in front of the cottage in the morning and then saw the full moon rise up in the same spot at night.
Even though it was after Labour Day the weather and water were still warm. We were able to check out some shops in nearby Port Rowan and Long Point too!
The cottage itself is perfect. There's been some small upgrades that have taken place since the last time we stayed here and it's clean. I swear it's cleaner than my own place!
Jodi had all the incidentals covered too! We forgot to bring coffee but she has us covered with all the coffee we could drink! Much appreciated!
It's only about an hour to get here from the GTHA too! We will definitely be staying here again. It's worth checking out!

| The Seagulls Nest is charming! Super close to the beach, very chill area - everything walkable or bikeable (except the grocery store etc in Port Rowan, just 20 min drive). Jodi was fantastic to deal with, super quick with replies and answers to questions. Beds were comfy. Decor is adorable. Everything we needed was available in the cottage, including things like sand toys and a wagon to make beach going easier. Loved the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand, sand and more sand! There were four of us and the kids are big enough to manage the ladder to the upstairs beds safely. Might be tricky for little ones or anyone with any mobility challenges. Deck is huge. Thanks for a fun end of summer stay!

| Beautiful spot with a view of the lake from the deck and the couch! The aesthetic is calm and beach and it had lots of essentials supplied. The loft was great for our teens and we loved that it had a dishwasher. We will definitely be back!
