| The Seagulls Nest is charming! Super close to the beach, very chill area - everything walkable or bikeable (except the grocery store etc in Port Rowan, just 20 min drive). Jodi was fantastic to deal with, super quick with replies and answers to questions. Beds were comfy. Decor is adorable. Everything we needed was available in the cottage, including things like sand toys and a wagon to make beach going easier. Loved the outdoor shower to rinse off the sand, sand and more sand! There were four of us and the kids are big enough to manage the ladder to the upstairs beds safely. Might be tricky for little ones or anyone with any mobility challenges. Deck is huge. Thanks for a fun end of summer stay!

| Beautiful spot with a view of the lake from the deck and the couch! The aesthetic is calm and beach and it had lots of essentials supplied. The loft was great for our teens and we loved that it had a dishwasher. We will definitely be back!

| I'm afraid to write this review - as I don't want to give away our best kept secret! But it is earned honestly. We have been coming to this beautiful cottage every summer with our two young children for the past 4 years now. We soooo look forward to our week away staying here! The location is perfect. It's right across the road from the Lake, but further down the road from the main beach, so it is more peaceful and quiet. There are beautiful sunrises in the morning. The deck is large. My boys can play catch in the front yard. The cottage is updated and beautiful inside. Jodi has a nice little coffee bar set up, and this year the Keurig died on our second day- so she even had a new one sent to us the next day! She is always easy to get a hold of and always taking great care of us. We love our week away at 'the cottage' every year.

-very nice place right across the road from the beach
-owner is extremely nice and left it very clean and ready to use for us when we got there! Very easy to find and room to park aswell
