Completely renovated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom waterfront beach house with spectacular views of the Grand River in Richmond, PEI. Master bedroom and bathroom were added on and existing cottage was completely renovated in May 2018.

All three bedrooms have queen beds and wardrobes and there is a 4 piece bathroom that includes a washer and dryer, and a 3 piece master bathroom. There is also a heat pump installed for both heating and cooling.

Spectacular views of the Grand River and only 50 feet away from the beach. Very private location but close to Summerside (15 mins), Kensington (20 mins) and the Confederation Bridge (25 mins).

*Weekly rentals are check in Saturday at 4 pm and check out the following Saturday at 11 am.
