Newly renovated waterfront home/ cottage.
This Cottage is tucked into treed lot (for that Canadian Cottage feel!!) While offering a waterfront beach house vibes.
Southern exposure on a large sandy beach, sandy shallow swimming in the longest freshwater beach in the world. Crystal clear waters resembling the Caribbean.
Over 3000 Sq ft, professionally decorated home/cottage. Fully furnished 5 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms on the second floor with a full bathroom.
Main floor features an over sized kitchen with an island/breakfast bar. The dining area is open to above, gas fire place & skylights overhead. This kitchen has everything you need (microwave, toaster over, toaster, hand mixer, coffee maker etc) It's incredibly well stocked! Main floor has a well appointed powder room. The large living room has a 62" widescreen tv, dvd player & windows overlooking the woods & the beach beyond. Walk out to the large deck which features a bbq, table & seating to enjoy the fresh air.
Walk out basement includes a full bathroom. Play room includes a tv, some toys, fireplace & two double bed/futons. Second Basement Room is a bedroom with a lovely bunk bed (single/double mix).
This house is on an over sized level lot (50' x 230'). The back area has a fire pit with plenty of Muskoka chairs . Propane & Charcoal BBQ

| We've stayed at Blue Beach House so many times that it truly feels like a second home for us ... especially for our kids, who relax the moment we arrive. We are so grateful for how the hosts make us feel like family.
One of the most amazing things about this place is what it does for our kids. Imagine a world where children actually put their devices down… they do it here. There's just too much to do: exploring, biking, fishing, pickleball and tennis, playing games, and simply being kids.
The cottage is perfect for families and groups. The large kitchen table is where we eat together, talk for hours, and play endless board games. The living room is spacious and cozy, giving everyone a comfortable place to unwind.
The waterfront and beach are always a highlight ... we spend hours outside swimming, paddling, walking the shore, or just enjoying the view. Nearby local shops make it easy to grab anything you forgot, and our kids love trips for ice cream at Balm Beach or the Cawaja General Store.
At night, it's the perfect place to relax with a casual drink, whether on the deck, by the fire pit, or around the big table. What keeps us coming back is the comfort, the memories, the way our kids feel at home, and the kindness of our hosts. We're already excited for our next visit — coming here always feels a little like coming home.

| This summer will be our family's 3rd year visiting the Blue Beach House. It has become a loved tradition and the highlight of our summer.
There is plenty of room for everyone between the bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas. The kitchen is amazing and fully equipped. The owners have thought of everything.
The big dining table is perfect for sharing meals and family game nights.
The beach is sandy and the water is clear and inviting. The perfect summer retreat and within walking distance to local amenities.

| Amazing experience!! The cottage is absolutely amazing, very spacious and clean. Right on the beach. The neighbours were very friendly. We rented a couple of sea doo's, loading dock is approx 10 mins away. Debbie was a great host. Would definitely rent it again.

| Did someone say private beach! ! No need to visit any other beaches during your stay in Tiny, Ontario as you have your own private oasis in your backyard! Stunning sunsets over the bay and you can feel like you're somewhere tropical at times!
As for the cottage itself, It's extremely spacious (Our group had 6 adults, 3 kids and a newborn) and is well kept and very clean. The main floor area is HUGE and is great for entertaining the family all in one place. The deck also is very large and overlooks a wonderful firepit area below!
Last but not least, the owner/host of the cottage was very attentive and responsive during our booking process. One of the easiest booking processes that I have experienced! My group and I are already trying to organize for our stay at this same cottage next year!

| Clean, comfortable and spacious. We had 9 adults and one toddler staying, and never felt crowded. Outdoor amenities were great, so close to the beach! The owner is also very responsive and it was easy to find driving from Toronto. Our favourite part was the beach and fire pit, but the kitchen was great for cooking!
