Our cottage “rental fee” has No tax/ No cleaning fee and no agency fee Other listings have far too many extra charges for our guests.
We are proud cottage owners with a Waterfront of 150 feet (dynamic shoreline) In order to update and care for our "little piece of heaven" we welcome Treasured Guests. No matter what the weather, the view from beautiful luxury floor to ceiling windows, just a few feet from the edge of the water will mesmerize you. There is a 180 degree vista inside or out. The Stone fireplace warms you inside in the colder months, and the fire pit outside offers starlight evenings in the summer. During Covid we renovated our separate screen room into an enchanted Bunkie. It is not winterized but it's view rivals the Master bedroom!
There is a Large wrap around deck /sun or shade at any time of day.

We take great pride in providing Egyptian cotton linen, down duvets in both bedrooms with the quality that we would expect for ourselves. View the waters edge as you open your eyes in the morning. It is an environment that soothes the senses.

Please Note: Because we carefully prep for the arrival of our guests the 3 day minimum (in shoulder seasons) and full week rentals in (high season)

Waterfront: private lake access depending on the waves. If the waves are "UP" the alternative Sandy beach access is 100 feet from our property.
Heating: Fully winterized Wood burning fp and thermostatically controlled electric
Guests allowed: Yes. sleeps 6 only

Thank you very much for looking at our little piece of heaven. We take pride in providing quality linen, down duvets, in the 2 private bedroom areas. There there are 2 pull out couches in the living room with provided basic on site linen. Our calendar indicates there are a few weeks available... . Mostly we have return guests that are somewhat flexible, so please inquire if you would like inquire about availability.
