| Lovely cottage with beautiful views of the lake. You couldn't get any closer to the water without actually being in it. We very much enjoyed watching the sunrises and sunsets, and the quiet location made for a welcome break. Lots of different places to sit and relax, with shady areas available too. The cottage is well equipped and we had everything we needed at a reasonable price. We will be returning here again.
One note: if any members of your party have mobility issues, note that there are a few stairs to get into the cottage, and a few stairs to get to the deck and screened in porch area. One of the bedrooms and the mud room have a single step.

| We had a wonderful stay. The view of the lake is incredible. We spent a lot of time swimming on the small private beach. It's very relaxing to hear the sound of the waves while sleeping. The owners of the cottage are very friendly and helpful. We recommend this cottage.

| I love the time I get to spend at this cottage. I was so happy to return and spend a perfect week sitting at the waters edge. The sound of the waves is the best thing in the world and the breeze keeps you so comfortable on those hot summer days. The cottage is perfect and homey and has everything you need. If you're lucky you'll catch a wavy day and have so much fun playing in the water. Be sure to check out the local restaurants while you're in town. We had great pizza at the Old Cut Dairy Bar and Pizza Co. Head around back and eat at the tables along the docks for a great breeze! I also loved the hammock, the best spot to read a book. The best part is the view. You can sit and look out at nothing but water 180° view, nothing on the horizon. Truly spectacular!! Also great hosts, easy to get in touch with if you have any questions.

| Since discovering this gem we've never rented elsewhere since.
When you walk in you feel like you are literally on the water (without the huge public beach) in front of you. Direct southern exposure and large windows provide sun all day long and panoramic water views with spectacular sunrises and jaw dropping sunsets.
We've rented here in all four seasons. We've sunbathed on the huge deck, and in beach chairs sitting in the water. We've sat around an outdoor fire while the leaves were falling around us and a bald eagle screeched overhead. We've curled up inside by the cosy wood burning fireplace during fierce November storms. We've marvelled at the shimmering ice dunes in February and the shooting stars over the lake, viewed from the bed in the primary bedroom. There's something magical here. Tranquility Wind and Waves has become our happy place and draws us back regularly.
The cottage itself has a relaxed, laid back vibe. It's well equipped, comfy, cozy and homey offering a screened in porch with propane fire pit overlooking the water, a beautiful bunkie with huge windows overlooking the lake and so much more!
