A bonus front room with a queen bed, desk and chairs. The second floor consists of the primary suite with a king sized bed, writing desk, two chairs. There are two French doors leading out to the balcony where you can sit and watch the sun setting. Second bathroom has a jacuzzi soaker tub. There is an office area with a desk, two chairs and another couch. The other bonus room is the loft area with a queen bed and chairs. A small games nook where you can play several board games. This cottages has a brand new air conditioner and newer gas furnace. The property has a very large front and back yard. The hot tub, sauna, double hammock, fire pit with Muskoka chairs and a games shed are all located in the rear yard. A games shed located in rear yard has a tv with wifi, dart board, card table and several chairs. Lots of yard games to enjoy. The oversized driveway can park four vehicles. Beach access is across the road to the right, or there are several beaches on Tuyll street with stairs to the water. Main Street is a five minute walk to shopping, ice cream shops, restaurants, bars, splash pad and parks. Also able to walk or bike ride to the marina where you can put your boat in the water, or rent a transient slip for your week or weekend stay. All linens and towels provided. Including beach towels.
