Casa Blanca Cottage in Crystal Beach Ontario is a newly built (2018) family friendly 2 storey cottage home with 9 ft. ceilings. The cottage is a 7 minute walk from the beach. The cottage offers a very comfortable stay with 2 Kings and 3 Queen sized beds within 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The cottage is kept exceptionally clean and is well maintained. The fully stocked kitchen contains: fridge/ freezer, water dispenser, ice maker, stove/oven, exhaust fan, double sink, dishwasher, microwave, mini-fridge, and a multitude of smaller appliances, cookware, utensils and much more....please see the photos. The kitchen is also equipped with coffee, tea, spices, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and much more.
There are two (2) dedicated sofa seating areas in the cottage each with it's own Smart TV. There is ultra-high speed internet for your use. There is a fold up playpen and a booster seat.
All guests have access to the following additional accommodations:

-dish soap
-hand soap, body wash, shampoo and hair conditioner,

The outdoor living space of this cottage is very versatile. There are three (3) covered porches as well as a large private fenced backyard with firepit.
(1) Front main porch has a large table with seating for 8 people and 2 ceiling fans.
(2) The side porch (South facing) has a picnic table and a Weber Natural Gas BBQ.
(3) The back porch has seating and private access from the main floor bedroom. Faces East for morning sunrises.
All porches have privacy lattice. The vast size of the covered porches allow guests to enjoy the outdoors even during inclement weather! Check out the photos to see what your next vacation destination could be like! 8 beach passes are provided for your use.
You will have full access to the entire main floor, the entire second floor, all outdoor porches, the back yard, the side yard and full access to the driveway which offers parking for 4 cars. The basement is unavailable for use.
We have been renting Casa Blanca Cottage here in Crystal Beach since 2019 and have received many glowing reviews (on Air B n B - Vr bo) and in many cases repeat guests. We strive to offer the best of everything with cleanliness and a completely stocked turn key cottage to make your experience feel as if you're right at home.
The cottage is available for a minimum 3 night stay up to and including 7 nights.
Minimum renter age is 25 years old.
