Beautiful PEI Waterfront Cottage

We are pleased to invite you to stay in our 3/4 acre beautifully renovated 3-bedroom 2-bathroom waterfront cottage with spectacular views of the Grand River in Richmond P.E.I.

The master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, 2 nightstands, a wardrobe and a closet for clothing storage as well as a 3-piece bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are both equipped with queen size beds, 2 nightstands and wardrobes for clothing storage. The sunroom is equipped with a queen size murphy bed for additional sleeping space. The exterior door to the sunroom is lockable from the inside and there are blinds on all of the windows and doors to ensure the privacy of our guests. There is a 4-piece bathroom off the living room that includes a full size washer and dryer. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and is well equipped with cookware. Living room has a Large sectional sofa for entertaining and a tv just incase you get bored of the view :).

There are 2 heat pumps installed in the cottage for heating and cooling 1 is for the main cottage and the other is for the sunroom. Tons of outdoor space with a covered deck and BBQ as well as a fire pit closer to the water including 95 feet of your own beach.
