This historical site on Lac Bernard was once part of a compound which had cottages available for disadvantaged families, and we bought the waterfront Cookhouse where the families gathered for their meals!

Totally renovated into a three bedroom, two bath. The cottage has a magnificent view of the lake and also boasts beautiful sunsets!

The cottage is very close to the lake, giving you a spectacular view. The wood burning fireplace can be seen in the living / dining room open concept. The master bedroom and bath are on one side of the cottage and the second bedroom and bath are on the other side, allowing total privacy and vistas of the lake. The third bedroom has an inflatable single bed and is close to the kitchen. (Double inflatable bed also available)

The back deck is covered and an excellent place for a meal. Waterfront deck is at the lake and has a pergola to offer a bit of shade.
Kayaks, canoe available for use. Great Lake for fishing!

Note: This property is left on Lake Bernard North, off of highway 105 about 15 minutes from the Wakefield village. The village has numerous restaurants, shops, ice cream, general store, bakery and live music. You can also enjoy Mont Cascade ( water park, golf), Edelweiss (golf) and Mont St Marie (golf).
