| We had 3 families with 5 adults & 5 children
The cottage was perfect with lots of bedrooms & bathrooms and such a spacious Kitchen !
The large outdoor area was perfect for family games and walks around property .
The water was warm and clean and the kids loved every minute ! Did not want to go home . Would definitely book again

| We were 3 generations of 2 families and had a lovely stay. There was plenty of room for all. Huge, flat property for playing games and plenty of parking. The circular driveway would be great for younger kids on bikes. Plenty of mature trees for shade but sunny spots also available. Calm lake for kayaks and paddleboarding. Very
Shallow off dock, can walk in from shore as well.
The kitchen was huge and room for multiple people to prepare food at the same time. Plenty of patio chairs to use at the waterfront but if you prefer lawn chairs, bring your own. Not far from town for groceries etc.

| Beautiful cottage and well equipped. Clean and very roomy for our large 3 generation family of 16. The host was very accommodating.
The only complaint we have is that the AC works on a timer and we were not given proper instructions on how to operate it. So couple of nights were really hot and uncomfortable to sleep. Otherwise it's a 5 star property

Owner response: Thank you for the review Rozanne. Sorry to hear about the AC problem. We have give you proper instruction for AC. It was writing on the wall under the thermostat. - Our cottage runs on geothermal energy, which requires gentle temperature adjustments. Please change the thermostat by only 1–2 degrees at a time and wait for it to reach the new temperature before making further changes. - Important: Making large or frequent adjustments can cause the system to shut down. - When notice a problem first please bring the temperature parallel with the temperature showing on the screen(for example if temperature shows 23 on the screen set temperature to 23) wait half hour and make only 1 or 2 adjustments at a time | |

| We had an amazing stay at this cottage! The space is great with plenty of room for activities. The lake views are beautiful. The hosts were very accommodating. Highly recommend for large groups looking for a spacious place by the water.

| We stayed at the cottage in July 2025. Family of 11. Beautiful location, close to many amenities for day excursions such as biking and hiking. Nice fire pit. Great deck for bbq. We had higher expectations based on the cost and listing details. The outdoor shower does not work, Out of the 3 kayaks one is usable. The description for beds does not match. Extra towels were not provided as promised. We purchased towels, dish clothes and tea towels. The 4/5 rating is because the size and location worked for our 3 generation family.

Owner response: Hi Carolin, sorry to hear that. Outdoor shower works but we have to open main pipe. Normally we don't provide kayaks. The kayaks you were using belongs to landlord. We have a lot of towels in the private room but the cleaning team forgot to leave extra towel in each washroom. We are working hard to improve our cottage for our clients. At your next stay hopefully you wont see these problems. Thank you. | |
