| We had an amazing stay at this cottage! The space is great with plenty of room for activities. The lake views are beautiful. The hosts were very accommodating. Highly recommend for large groups looking for a spacious place by the water.

| We stayed at the cottage in July 2025. Family of 11. Beautiful location, close to many amenities for day excursions such as biking and hiking. Nice fire pit. Great deck for bbq. We had higher expectations based on the cost and listing details. The outdoor shower does not work, Out of the 3 kayaks one is usable. The description for beds does not match. Extra towels were not provided as promised. We purchased towels, dish clothes and tea towels. The 4/5 rating is because the size and location worked for our 3 generation family.

| We stayed at this cottage for our annual family reunion and had an incredible experience. The property was spotless, with private access to Fairlain Lake and a spacious backyard perfect for all the kids' activities and games.
Kevin was a fantastic host and very responsive to any questions we had. We loved it so much that we've already booked our next stay for August!

| Really enjoyed staying at this cottage! Just under 2 hours outside of Toronto so a quick shot up the 400. Overkill for 9 of us, but also fantastic that each of us got our own rooms to enjoy. The outdoor views and space was exactly what we needed it for - super spacious for lawn games (cornhole, spike, ball, etc), a big grill to cook for everyone and plenty of seating both inside and out for whatever the day threw at us.
Kevin was very responsive and in a timely manner to any and every question we had both leading up and during our stay - will 100% look to book here again down the road with a bunch of families and friends.
