| We loved our week at Blue Oasis! The cottage had a great, modern kitchen with everything we needed to cook and bake. There was a great BBQ as well. We loved the open concept family room, dining room kitchen that allowed for conversations and interactions while some were relaxing and others were prepping or making drinks. There was lots of room for all 5 of us to hang out in the cottage. There was a fireplace that had a heat/no heat option so we had a cozy reading and games spot in the evenings and on the one rainy day we had. The deck is a really lovely spot with comfortable outdoor furniture for lounging or chatting. The view is just beautiful. The neighbours on both sides are super nice and waterfront has been cleared of weeds and is good for swimming and shallow dives. The chairs on the dock are perfect for a morning coffee. There are new boats for kayaking and lots to explore not too far from the cottage. We saw an osprey and many other birds out on the water. An outstanding feature of this cottage is the very attentive and accommodating owner -- Mitch is the best! We had a high water issue with the dock when we first arrive and he and his maintenance man were there right away to fix it. Great communication and a very helpful host. I wish every cottage owner was as conscientious and friendly as Mitch. It is so obvious he loves and cares for the property and wants all his guests to have a great time. Thanks again for a wonderful week.

| Nothing but positive things to say about this cottage, the location, and the host. Mitchell was very responsive and personable, and was able to accommodate our booking request just a few days before check-in. It's clear he takes excellent care of this property! The cottage was perfect for my group of four. It is clean, bright, modern, right on the water, and has everything you could need. Mitchell was also kind to provide us with a boat and several kayaks for our use there, which we used to fish. The lake itself is beautiful and quiet, big enough to explore but small enough to be able to get around paddling. And the water was crystal clear. We had a pretty successful fishing trip, especially considering the slower bite in late October, bringing in over a dozen fish, including a few big bass. I really loved my time at this cottage and would strongly recommend!

| Mitch was a great host, rental was exactly as listed. The space was great, very modern and well maintained. His communication is top notch and always seemed to be willing to help with anything. Checked in with us a couple times. Even had suggestions to help with out little hiccup. All your necessities were provided by Mitch which was nice on the packing. We all enjoyed the time away. I visited Arden Pottery and she had some beautiful things.
The suggestion I have it to maybe put a small tower or dresser in the closets to put our clothes. And on the wishlist would be a paddle boat.

| The cottage was very nicely decorated inside. Queen beds were comfy. Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of linens in the bathroom. Washer & dryer in bathroom was a plus. Plenty of space in the kitchen/dining room/ living room. Outside - deck, grass and dock, had lots of seating. It was super quiet on Big Clear Lake - my friend and I couldn't get over just how quiet it was! Close enough to go into Tamworth - a great bakery for lunch. Westport, for a day of shopping, lunch & ice cream. A couple of doors down from the cottage is Arden Pottery. All was exactly as described in the listing. Pictures are accurate. Mitchell is a great communicator! He texted several times to see if all was well. I would gladly recommend this cottage for a great get away on the lake!
