The views, sunsets and 1 of a kind property will provide the setting for you and your family to create lifelong memories. Tastefully designed brand new (built in 2023) 5 bedroom and 3 bathroom 3000 sqft Lakehouse perched up on stunning Canadian Shield sits on 2.5 acres. Facing directly across the lake you can enjoy the best sunsets you'll find in Ontario through the wall of windows, the muskoka room or from the 800 sqft deck that wraps around the front side and back. Located on a peninsula on Spring Lake, the water is sparkling clear and benefits from having 250 ft of shoreline plus 11 acres of crown land directly next to us creating ultimate privacy. This spacious layout is perfect for multi family groups to enjoy a peaceful vacation. Wake up to the still lake and calm setting and enjoy breakfast on the deck, at the table or sitting at the island overlooking the lake views. Take in the views from up on the deck or enjoy some fun by the water on the dock or waterside deck. There is a picnic table, bbq and umbrella on the deck by the water where you can have lunch. There are a couple of kayaks and a lily pad attached to the dock for the whole family to enjoy. Of course life jackets are there as well for adults and kids. Watch the sunset from the dock, cottage, deck or 7 person hot tub and then make your way over to a beautiful campfire area next to the cottage. The cottage itself is spacious and plenty of room for everyone with a beautiful large dinning table that fits 10-12 people comfortably. There are 2 full fridges and a beverage centre fridge. 2 BBQs (1 on cottage deck and 1 on deck by the water).
Lake access with deck and dock by the water. The water can be walked into from a shallow entry point at the shoreline or you can jump off the dock with the water being 7-8 ft deep at the end of the dock and drops off significantly after that. Lake is 125-185ft deep in most areas. Note: there are a number of stairs to get to water from the cottage, enjoy the views on the walk down as the lake reveals itself. Private space with only one neighbour in sight. Property abuts 11 acres of crown land so it is super private and you can go for a hike through the woods to see the point of the peninsula!
You'll have access to entire property with the exception of the locked garage and the boat is off limits due to liability.

| This cottage is a showstopper. The building is perfectly situated on its property.
You'll be taken back by how strikingly attractive the interior. The open concept main floor is well laid out, feeling exceptionally spacious because of the vaulted ceilings.
Clean + rustic cottage designs cues like stone fireplace/wood mantle and ship lap walls combine very tastefully.
The cottage is loaded with space and accommodation making it perfect for families and big crowds. There's even a bunk bed room that's perfect for the kids that sleeps 8. Each bed has a USB charger for night time chilling out, everything is carefully considered.
This place has a 40' deck that overlooks Spring Lake and the view is dramatically panoramic. Don't miss the sunset while at this place.
I'm probably running out of space but should add that there's a great fire pit area and an amazing, jump-off-the-pier area which really round out this place as providing you the ultimate cottage experience.
