Guests bring sheets, comforters/quilts, and bath/beach towels. If needed, these items are available for a surcharge of $20 per person to cover laundromat fees.

• $180 cleaning fee, $1,000 refundable security deposit
• Optional bedding & towels: $20/person
• Payment: 50% at booking, remainder 2 weeks prior


Pet Policy:
• Up to 2 dogs welcome with approval
• $100 for one dog or $150 for two
• To ensure a clean and comfortable space for all guests, we ask that pets stay off furniture and are thoroughly dry before entering the house - no wet or muddy paws, please.
