NOTE 1: WE ONLY ALLOW SMALL HYPO-ALLERGENIC DOGS that fit ON ONES LAP and are house-trained.
NO OTHER PETS ARE ALLOWED.

NOTE 2: Minimum Rental Period is usually 7 days in July & August (some exceptions for repeat guests and for June and September)
NOTE 3: We are a smoke-free rental cottage.
NOTE 4. For Families Renting (meaning parents and their children), the maximum is 5 people
NOTE 5. For ADULT- ONLY guests, maximum is 4 adults.

REMINDER WE ARE A PET FREE AND SMOKE FREE COTTAGE. (Only small hypo-allergenic dogs that fit on lap and are house- trained are allowed)
NOTE 6: Tenants are responsible for knowing and abiding by all Provincial and Federal Laws RE the use of all and any water craft provided by the owner. They bear sole responsibility for the misuse of owners watercraft.

Our 3 bedroom cottage has a private, shallow entry to our beachfront, (free of weeds) as well as adequate depth for safe diving from our dock.
Excellent golf courses include Club Links' Rocky Crest & The Rock Golf Club. Dock fits 1 boat. Faces West (sunrise). Beautiful wooded 2.5 Acre property. Lake Joe is spring fed with crystal clear water. Shopping in Port Carling and Parry Sound and the small hamlet of MacTier.

Cottage is well kept and clean and has everything you need for a week's long vacation with family. We enjoyed the deep water off the dock, sitting on the dock, the shallow entry shoreline, the calm water for paddling, swimming, kayaking, and floating. We were able to bring our personal watercraft and our teenage boys were able to enjoy tubing and waterskiing on the calm waters in front of the cottage throughout the week. Chris and Bessie were great hosts and the cottage and location provides lots of privacy, natural surroundings, and quiet time. The cottage was a great home base for exploring what the area has to offer.

Just spent a glorious week in this lovely cottage. Our hosts Chris and Bessie were great. The cottage was perfect for my family including my grandchildren. They jumped off the dock, and swam in the deep water. We used the kayak, canoe and paddle board. Cottage was fully equipped and very clean. We used the washing machine and dryer for our beach towels. A great location, wooded area and private, but open space to play bocce ball.
Nobody wanted to leave. Hope to return next year.

Beautiful lakeside cottage. Clear deep water right off the dock. Cottage is lovely. Very quaint. Loved all the attention to detail, making it such a cozy feeling. Wild flowers on the table. Special attention to the landscape. Perfect for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding. Chris and Bessie , the owners were wonderful. We had a fantastic week at this lovely cottage on Lake Joseph.

Classic Muskoka charm defines this beautiful property and cozy cottage, equipped with all the essentials for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The attentive owners are nearby and readily available if needed. Our kids had a blast jumping off the deep dock and exploring the lake with the kayaks and canoe. Perfect family getaway!

We enjoyed the most relaxing week at Chris and Bessie's cottage on the lake. It is evident how much they love this cottage and Lake Joseph.
We rented a boat for the week, and this cottage has a great dock space for boats. We spent most of our time either boating or relaxing in Muskoka chairs on the dock. We also enjoyed discovering off the water spots such as the charming town of Bala and the Muskoka cranberry farm and winery. We took a boat ride to Port Carling, but you can easily drive there. Chris and Bessie are such kind hosts, and we felt right at home in their adorable cottage. You will too!
