Everything you need to relax and enjoy your surroundings! First walk in to a breathtaking entrance with cathedral ceilings and open loft. Main level will have a full bathroom, large fully stocked kitchen including cotton candy for a special treat! Also a water cooler and ice machine, a dining table that can sit 8, family games and a sitting area. Off the main floor you have two patio doors leading to the dining deck, where you will be serenaded by different bird species and feel like in a treehouse, surrounded by large trees. Cook on our Blackstone Grill and Traegar smoker with the best views. Upstairs loft has two Romeo and Juliet balconies with amazing views. There is a 40" TV with PS4, a pull-outcouch, a futon and a pull-out ottoman making the perfect kids hang-out or space to zen out doing yoga. In the basement you will find one bedroom with a queen bed and view of the lake. The second bedroom has a queen bed and single bunk bed with no windows. The living area has a couch and pull-out couch. There is another full bathroom with washer and dryer. The walkout leads to another big deck that is attached to the stairs leading to the sauna and lake where you can relax and catch the view but still be close to the kiddos as the sleep. Unwind and treat yourself to the lakeview spacious sauna followed by a refreshing swim in the clear water lake. Gradual walk-in or jump off the dock. Enjoy the water toys such as, small/ medium/large Kayaks, paddleboard and aquadock mat.
There are two nice firepits, room for lawn games and space to explore. To top it all, everyone's favorite is the wood-burning hot tub. Imagine gazing at the stars while taking in the smell of cedar and hearing the fire roaring.

| Another beautiful winter weekend stay at this breathtaking cottage! This time with a group of friends, where we were spoiled with the sauna and campfire overlooking the lake. The breathtaking cottage is bright, spacious and extremely clean, with your choice of sleeping space on two levels. Such a peaceful spot where you can truly relax. All the little extras you wouldn't expect, and may have forgotten, are there waiting for you. The owners are a pleasure to communicate with and they ensure that check-in and check-out are easy. This place will continue to be my go-to for family and friend getaways. Thank you for sharing your cottage.

| This was my family's 3rd time staying here. Since our first booking, we haven't looked elsewhere because I honestly doubt anything can compare in terms of views, privacy, tranquility, location (close to Ottawa) and comforts of home.
When my family rents a cottage, we like a "rustic but updated" feel. I like feeling like I'm out in nature BUT with all the amenities I want. The beds are extra comfy and the kitchen is very well-equipped. My family has created wonderful memories here by fishing, swimming, playing games, cooking fantastic meals, etc. As soon as we drive up, it puts a smile on our faces. We are so very thankful that Roxanne and Douglas have opened up their beautiful cottage for us to use once in a while.

| What a beautiful place! My mom and I really enjoyed our stay at Whispering Pines Chalet and already look forward to going back again next year and every year after that. The cottage is big yet cozy, comfy beds with plenty of seating options on all 3 levels. We were just 2 but this place can easily accommodate a large family. I am picky and I was pleased with how clean it was, no dust in sight. There were a ton of amenities provided but we especially enjoyed cooking on the black stone grill while looking at the view of the lake. Our dog was permitted and he had the time of his life at the lake. The water was crystal clear, so nice! There are so many options of stuff to do even if it rains you will never be bored. 1 week stay is ideal in this beautiful place because even after 6 days we didn't want to leave. Thanks for making our vacation wonderful.

| Whispering Pines is a wonderful rental, there was not a thing wrong and a 1000 things right about this property. The hosts, Roxanne and Doug were easy to deal with during the stay and they have thought of everything. The house is huge, clean and relaxing, the property is private and well set up with more than enough. The hot tub and sauna are easy to use and very relaxing. Wonderful rental property, thank you!!!
