Featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this serene property offers a great escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Sleeps up to 10 (max 8 adults). Fully winterized, year-round availability. Excellent location for access to many snowmobile trails. Access/ road is fully maintained in the winter.
Enjoy the beautifully landscaped lot that leads down to the private shoreline and beach. Entry into the water is very gradual/shallow and sandy - perfect for kids to splash around in! Enjoy various water activities (kayaks, canoe, SUPs) or simply relax on the dock. The outdoor BBQ area with table and chairs allows your family to enjoy meals in the fresh air. As the sun begins to set, find yourself comfortably seated in a muskoka chair around the large fire pit, telling stories and counting stars!
The main level boasts floor to ceiling windows that bring the outdoors in. The open concept kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, generously sized island with sink and dishwasher. The dining area can accommodate up to 10 around a large harvest table. Enjoy lounging around the fireplace in the living room or venture into the seasonal Muskoka Room, offering panoramic views of Buck Lake through the screened-in windows.
The upper level features a loft-style family room, with comfortable seating and an array of board games.

| We had a wonderful time at Selena Lakehouse. The property is stunning inside and out and had everything we needed. I've stayed at several cottages over the last few years and this was by far the best. Tons of seating inside and out, fully equipped kitchen, lots of activities to stay busy, a beach area with no weeds and so much more! I usually have to bring fire wood and beach towels but knowing they were there saved so much hassle (such a small thing but really makes a difference). We had no complaints and the hosts are wonderful to communicate with. This cottage is perfect for any getaway and has something for everyone. 10/10 amazing.

| What a beautiful slice of paradise! We just returned from a week at Selena Lakehouse, and what a beauty she is! From the stunning design and build, to the gorgeous decor to the cleanliness (you could eat off those floors!) , which I completely appreciate, all in all it was a great stay. The water toys were plenty, the shallow walk out to the lake was perfect for elderly or children, and the fire pit was situated just perfectly toy for evening fires. We had a lot of rainy/cloudy days, yet had plenty to do indoors and relax in the stunning space. Every comfort of home was here, plus more. Wish I booked more weeks!

| The cottage is very beautiful on a peaceful lake and it is very nicely furnished and equipped. The kitchen is well stocked with the spices, and clean pots and pans. The layout of the house is very open and the family could be in the same space doing different things and still be with each other. The shed was full of fun water sport gears for canoeing and kayaking. There are enough life jackets for everyone in various sizes. The Sun room is very useful and nice to have a morning coffee looking out to the lake without the mosquitoes. There are plenty of games and puzzles for rainy days and I even used the dumbbells and yoga mat to do indoor exercises. The fire pit was an hit. Everything about this weekend was so special for a 3 year-old toddler to 78 year-old grand father. Thank you Anna.

| I cannot share enough good things about my stay at Selena Lakehouse. Anna was incredibly responsive and accommodating from the start, and although the photos and videos are stunning, my expectations were far surpassed by the place. It was even more beautiful in person, and the setting is absolutely gorgeous. We went for a girls' trip, celebrating a couple milestone birthdays and were blown away by how stylish, pristine, and thoughtfully appointed the Lakehouse was. There was even a handwritten note and some local coffee, maple syrup, and Niagara wine on arrival. Anna and Michael thought of everything, from outdoor string lights and interior lamps aglow as a welcoming touch, to a peaceful, scandi aesthetic, through every possible item you could need in the kitchens and bathrooms to make the stay comfortable. Even the loft was fully equipped with board games. We all took a big exhale when we were there and looked at the calendar to see when the next opening was. This is a true gem.

| The cottage was great for our group and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. The kids enjoyed the big backyard with lots of space to run around. Anna was very quick to respond to all my questions and easy to communicate with. We would return for another stay and recommend this cottage to friends and family.
