Featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this serene property offers a great escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Sleeps up to 10 (max 8 adults). Fully winterized, year-round availability. Excellent location for access to many snowmobile trails. Access/ road is fully maintained in the winter.
Enjoy the beautifully landscaped lot that leads down to the private shoreline and beach. Entry into the water is very gradual/shallow and sandy - perfect for kids to splash around in! Enjoy various water activities (kayaks, canoe, SUPs) or simply relax on the dock. The outdoor BBQ area with table and chairs allows your family to enjoy meals in the fresh air. As the sun begins to set, find yourself comfortably seated in a muskoka chair around the large fire pit, telling stories and counting stars!
The main level boasts floor to ceiling windows that bring the outdoors in. The open concept kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, generously sized island with sink and dishwasher. The dining area can accommodate up to 10 around a large harvest table. Enjoy lounging around the fireplace in the living room or venture into the seasonal Muskoka Room, offering panoramic views of Buck Lake through the screened-in windows.
The upper level features a loft-style family room, with comfortable seating and an array of board games.

| We had a fantastic family weekend here at the beginning of January. It was the perfect way to end the holiday season. It was our first time in Muskoka during the winter and we will be back! Selena Lakehouse was perfect, not one thing that we didn't love. Highly recommend if you're looking for a beautiful, modern cottage with the best views.

| This property is incredible. The house is new, and beautifully designed. When we arrived the house was absolutely SPOTLESS. The beds, and bedding, were extremely comfortable. The kitchen is extremely well equipped - we were able to cook a Thanksgiving dinner with no problems. There are board games to play with the kiddos, and some beach toys in the outdoor shed.
I highly recommend this property.

| A superb house, surroundings, and overall location. We were looking for something "accessible" for my elderly parents to join our family on a special birthday celebration and we couldn't have dreamed up a better place to rent. Two bedrooms on main floor with 2 washrooms (1 with shower) and small steps in and out of front and back doors (and lots of sleeping/lounging room upstairs). All the amenities you can imagine (indoors and outdoors), amazingly clean and organized, and more. Shallow, gradual and sandy entry to lake was perfect for young kids, and adults could just lounge around and watch. Anna and Michal are very communicative, super responsive, and trustworthy. More than 5 stars!

| My family, including grandkids, spent a delightful week this summer at Selena Lakehouse.
The home was well equipped from prepping meals to enjoying the many outdoor spaces. We made good use of all the water toys, and spending evenings by the fire. The beach was great for the kids and the adults enjoyed lounging at the dock. Wonderful spot for a relaxing vacation.

| We had a wonderful time at Selena Lakehouse. The property is stunning inside and out and had everything we needed. I've stayed at several cottages over the last few years and this was by far the best. Tons of seating inside and out, fully equipped kitchen, lots of activities to stay busy, a beach area with no weeds and so much more! I usually have to bring fire wood and beach towels but knowing they were there saved so much hassle (such a small thing but really makes a difference). We had no complaints and the hosts are wonderful to communicate with. This cottage is perfect for any getaway and has something for everyone. 10/10 amazing.
