Our newly renovated year round 3-bedroom cottage has a full kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry. It has forced air heating and air conditioning, making it comfortable for any time of year. There is a water filtration system so the water is safe to drink, but in case that's not quite enough, we always provide a Brita filter as well. Our cottage is beautifully situated within walking distance to Balm Beach, restaurants, Beer Store/ LCBO, GoKarts, Minigolf, Tennis Courts, Playgrounds, Paddleboard Rentals, and much more! It's a 5-10 min drive to Balm Beach Golf Club and Brooklea Golf & Country Club, a 10 min drive to Midland (more restaurants, Walmart, Foodland, McDonalds, etc), and 30 mins to Wasaga Beach or Mount St. Louis Moonstone Ski Resort!
Inside the cottage, you'll get high speed internet, a 50" television with options for Disney+ Netflix etc, a living room with two couches, a dining room with seating for 6, a full kitchen with everything you need (keurig, stove, oven, microwave, fridge freezer combo, utensils, pots, pans, glasses, mugs, etc), two bedrooms with a queen bed in each, a bedroom with a bunkbed (double bottom, single top), laundry machines, and a 3-piece bathroom.
Outside the cottage, you'll get a large backyard with firepit and barbecue. There's plenty of room for the little ones to run around.
Everything inside the house is professionally cleaned before each stay. Linens and blankets are provided (they will be folded up on each bed so you have the option to use the ones we provide or your own). There will be a manual booklet at the cottage that will explain everything within as well as give some recommendations for places to visit in the area.
Whether you're staying in or going out, you'll have no problem keeping busy!
