Cottage has 3 bedrooms and sofa bed in sunroom.
Cottage has front deck and private back deck and part of the back yard is fenced in.
Has a sunroom with a 55 inch Tv also a 40 Inch tv in living room bell tv with unlimited internet.
Cottage comes complete with all appliances, microwave and toaster, complete kitchen utensils.
Wi fi included, BBQ, firepit, out door games and shed for storage of your own bikes and beach toys.
Propane supplied and some firewood
I rent weekly from Saturday to Saturday but will do weekends in May, June, Sept and October .
Guests are requested to bring their own sheets, pillows, bath towels and beach towels.
IF FLYING IN AND NOT LOCAL I WILL SUPPLY (sheets, pillows, bath towels and beach towels)
Had all new living room and bedroom furniture delivered in March 2022
Cottage has parking for 4 to 5 cars
