Our rental cottage is fully licensed, and inspected by the government to ensure compliance with safety and regulation standards. Unlike unauthorized rental listings in the area, we follow all local bylaws and regulations, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay for all our guests.
Our bylaws ensure a peaceful and quiet stay for families to enjoy. Please note, excessive noise is not permitted Monday to Saturday from 9 PM to 7 AM and before noon on Sundays. Parties, fireworks, and outdoor speakers are prohibited. No outdoor burning between 10 AM and 6 PM. With a $300 fine for each violation, we want to ensure the best possible experience for all guests.
