Welcome to 228 De La Cote!

226 is the green cottage directly on the water which has one bedroom. Almost everything has been updated in the past few years in this open concept kitchen/living room. The bathroom features a stand up shower and is just off the living room. There is no door to the bedroom, but it is off from the living room area. Great deck and easy access to our private beach. This cottage rents for $1600/week, Sunday to Sunday.

There is ample room for parking, you can definitely fit two vehicles for sure. There are stairs to the beach to the left of the cottage as well as a private beach with lots of sand on the right. There is also a fire pit on this private beach.

This is a cozy cottage. We enjoyed our stay. The water is so close that when you sit on the deck or in the cottage and you look out at high tide you feel like you are on a boat. The miles of beach sand to walk on at low tide is beautiful. The owners Luke and Karen are really nice.
