Book your 2024 summer vacation in beautiful Shediac now before the week/weeks you want are gone! 3 bedroom, bright, spacious, fully furnished cottage with no carpets, located at 40 Glebe Avenue in Shediac, NB. This cottage is pleasant to be in even on a rainy day! The rental fee is $1200/week or $225/night with a 3 night minimum rental. Our Blue Jay Chalet has 2 bedrooms with a queen size bed and a bedroom with bunk beds with a single bed on the top and a double bed on the bottom, our living room has 3 sofas which work well for additional sleeping space and there is a large, private backyard. There is an air conditioner in the kitchen, a 32 inch smart tv, wifi, basic satellite, a fire pit, patio furniture, bbq, fridge, stove, washer, dryer, microwave, dishes, utensils, towels, facecloths and bedding. Children welcome, NO SMOKING inside and NO PETS. 8 minute walk to the wharf or you can drive and pay to park your vehicle(where you can fish, swim, grab a great meal and beverage), 5 minute walk to an unsupervised beach and 10 minute walk to the beautiful, sandy, supervised, Parlee Beach. You can pay to park at Parlee Beach or you can park for free after 5:00pm each evening. You must be 21 or older to book our cottages. A booking is official when we receive a 50% non-refundable deposit. This deposit can be made by e-transfer, money order or western union. We ask people not to send a deposit until you have received confirmation from me that the cottage is still available for the dates you requested. The remaining 50% is due in cash or by e-transfer when you check in and receive the keys. If you have any questions, feel free to e-mail me at any time.
