Grandview is a modern and spacious family cottage located on the the Grand River (ONE ROW BACK FROM THE BEACH) in South West Lot 16, Miscouche,--Summerside area.

Grandview Cottage has a large, private back yard and a warm water sandy beach which is safe for children to swim and play.

There is lots of space for the reader and the game player to co-exist in this modern cottage. There is a wireless TV and high-speed internet.

Bedrooms
Master suite: Queen-size bed with en suite. (Private Bathroom)

Second master suite: Queen-size bed, water view, access to the sun room and adjacent to the second bathroom.

Third bedroom: Twin Beds, adjacent to second bathroom.

Additional room the sunroom can be closed off for privacy and a 4th seeping room.

There are two single air mattress available for children that can be set up in the sun room or bedrooms.

There is a large eat-in kitchen with a dishwasher, washer and dryer in the kitchen and a barbecue and table and chairs on the back deck. There is also a propane fire pit and lounge chairs on the front deck with a wonderful view of the river.

A central living room and a large sun room facing the water completes this spacious cottage.

Summerside is a 25 minute drive away for grocery shopping, Empire 5 Theater, restaurants and a lobster and fish market on the wharf at the end of Central Street. The Mill River Golf Course and Water Park is 30 minute drive west.
