Feel the serenity of our secluded light-filled cottage, perched among the trees on a pristine spring-fed lake. It was built in 2017, is located just 24 km northeast of Parry Sound and 5 km from McKellar, and has ample indoor and outdoor space for everyone to enjoy a happy vacation.

TOP-FLOOR TREE-HOUSE LIVING: The main living space on the top floor has an airy, treehouse feel. Light and air fill the space with 4 full-length sliding glass doors leading to a very large deck.

Tastefully finished with durable plywood walls and porcelain tile floors, the lofty main space has a lot of rustic charm. The open-concept layout integrates the kitchen and living/dining areas, with a cozy bedroom and a bathroom included.

TWO SCREENED-IN PORCHES: Enjoy the outdoors from two screened-in porches?one bathed in morning light and the other ideal for golden bug-free evening meals.

GROUND-FLOOR BEDROOMS AND BATH: The front door opens onto a spacious front hall and leads to three more bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath.

LARGE RECREATION SPACE: The walk-out basement is equipped with a full-size pool table, a dart board, a smart TV, and a collection of books and games. There is also an additional double bed and a washer/dryer on this floor.
