Enjoy a beautiful 3 bedroom waterfront cottage and bunkie with all the amenities of home. Very large master bedroom with TV and 2 pc ensuite washroom, one queen bedroom and one queen/ double bunk bedroom, plus Bunkie with Queen. Laundry washer/dryer in 3 pc bathroom. Large living room with TV, kitchen fully stocked, dishwasher, stove, fridge, microwave etc. and large dining area. Screened porch area with access to 3 decks . Netflix and unlimited high speed WiFi provided.
Enjoy access to 3 kayaks and pristine water, beautiful sunsets, fishing, campfires and BBQ. You are so close to the water you will think you're on a boat. Close to Perth and Smiths Falls. Marina, Restaurant and Store with LCBO within walking distance.

| Our stay at this lakehouse was exactly as we'd hoped. It was perfect.
My husband and I both work in healthcare and were looking for a serious break from the stress of everyday life. This lakehouse provided exactly that: it is located away from everything so you don't need to see another person if you don't want to. That said, it was a quick 15-min drive to both Perth and Smiths Falls where we were able to wander the towns and (safely) enjoy the local establishments.
The lakehouse itself is in excellent condition. It sits right on the lake, and the owner is not kidding when he says it feels like you're on a houseboat. Waking up to views of glass-like water everyday was lovely. We enjoyed campfires and barbecues on the property and sat outside by the water nearly everyday. Inside, the bedrooms are extremely comfortable and well-appointed. Two full-bathrooms with excellent water pressure and no shortage of hot water. Central AC and heating throughout the home. Kitchen was fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils we needed. Living room was comfortable. All was very clean on our arrival.
The owners clearly thought through every aspect of ensuring guests have a good and relaxing stay. We stayed for 2 weeks and would have stayed longer if life in the city weren't waiting. We will surely be booking again.

| What a wonderful week we just had at the lakehouse cottage! It is a beautiful home with incredible views. John and Cathy have created a warm, welcoming place with all the amenities you can think of. Three of the bedrooms have large windows looking out over the lake so our morning views were lovely and restful. The cottage is immaculate and care has been taken to ensure cleaning protocols are employed. Campfires by the water, fishing off the dock, Netflix at night and visits to both Smith Falls and historic Perth for great meals made a great week that went too fast! Thanks John for such quick responses during our emails.

| Our stay at the lakehouse was an absolute dream come true. While credit certainly goes to Mother Nature for the glorious weather we had, there is no doubt that the lakehouse was a fantastic spot to spend a week's vacation. The house is immaculate and stacked with absolutely everything we could have possibly needed. There was plenty of room, beds were extremely comfortable and the house was in perfect condition. Outside was much the same, as the various sitting areas to watch the day were all equally awesome. The sunsets were jaw dropping. We simply can't say enough about how much we enjoyed the lakehouse. To top it all off the hosts were wonderful, super responsive and absolutely ensured we had everything we needed. We have already made plans to stay here again next year.
