"LEGAL SHORT TERM RENTAL IN TINY TOWNSHIP, STRTT 2024-032". Breathtaking Cedar Panabode, 1500 sq ft, year round cottage with 100' sandy beach on southern Georgian Bay on Champlain Road 25 minutes north of Penetanguishene. Cathedral ceilings, 3 bdrm, 1-4 piece bath and 1-3 piece bath in the basement,(new), free-standing gas fireplace in large open concept living & dining room with a patio door to a large walk around deck with patio set & new BBQ. Basement is large and unfinished with a ping pong table, extra fridge, bathroom and double door walkout to the front lawn, beach area and fire pit (I supply firewood, please just bring your own kindling). 1 1/ 2 Hour drive from Toronto. Max 6 guests, one bedroom has a double bed,(not in pictures) and bunk beds, 2 have a queen sized bed each, Unlimited high speed internet included. Property is on a well for water with a water softener and a separate reverse osmosis system tap in the kitchen for drinking water. Kitchen is well stocked including a Keurig and a crock pot. You will enjoy every second you spend on this property, (minimum age to rent 30, families only).

| We spent 6 days at this beautiful cottage in the Autumn. It was absolutely breathtaking. The water was clear and it was very quiet and peaceful. The cottage is extremely cozy and clean and Kerry was there if we needed him. We would definitely go back.

| Our family loved staying at this beautiful cottage. We found it very clean, comfortable, and well-supplied, in a quiet, scenic setting. Kerry is an awesome host, friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had, but we didn't have to ask too many, because this place is so well equipped. Every time we wondered if the cottage might have some item or another, we just had to look in a cupboard or drawer and, sure enough?there it was, right down to little things like nightlights. The kitchen is thoughtfully laid out and well stocked with appliances, cooking utensils, plates, cutlery, paper towels, tea-towels, soap etc?plenty of towels in the bathrooms too. We appreciated the many inside amenities, from the Internet service, the satellite TV, the games, puzzles, books, and DVDs, the air-conditioning when it got a little too hot and humid, and the lovely bright living room and dining room with big windows looking out to the water. Outside, we enjoyed the big deck, the plentiful outside furniture for lounging, the choice of sunny and shady places to sit, kayaks for exploring, and of course the sandy beach where our granddaughter had such fun and we all got in plenty of swimming. We didn't take the canoe out this time, but there's always next time, because we really want to come back! The hardest thing about being at Kerry's cottage was having to leave to go home. Thank-you Kerry?this was our first holiday since before the pandemic and we had a grand time!

| Everyone in our group really loved this cottage. It's very cozy, clean, and inviting on the inside. It was well stocked (lots of pots/pans, puzzles, games), which made it feel like home. And it was nice to have such a large yard and beach, including amazing sunset views. We enjoyed using the kayaks, canoe, and crocket set. Kerry was quick to reply to any questions we had, and made sure our stay was lovely.

| We have been to many beautiful cottages, but we really liked the way this cottage was built with the Cedar, it added such a warm ambience. The views of the water from different areas in the cottage was amazing. Also, the beach was right in the back yard, no winding steps to get down to the beach, it is perfect for families with younger kids. We had a great time, the cottage was spacious and made you feel like home. Kerry was quick to reply to any questions we had, which we greatly appreciated. We love the amount of activities that the rental afforded the family, canoes, kayaking and board games for the nights. We will definitely be re-booking this cottage.

| We had a great week at Kerry's cottage. It was clean and spacious and felt like our home away from home. The backyard is wide and feels very private. They older kids enjoyed going out in the kayaks and my granddaughter had her first ride in a canoe! Kerry is extremely helpful and takes pride in the care of his cottage. Although the water was a little cold, it didn't stop us from exploring the shore for shells and beautiful rocks with our granddaughter. We loved the tranquility and the stunning sunsets.
