2100 sq ft Wheelchair friendly, Lift chair, Recliner seating, Deck view of beach and surf. Enjoy shallow sandy swimming steps from your door, rolling surf with western breezes. Vivid sunsets in this lovely beach community 1.2 hours west of Winnipeg on Lake Manitoba. Four season cottage has barrier-free wood flooring on main level, lift chair in living room, accessible bathtub with hand held shower and extra wide doors and hallways. Split queen motorized bed in main bedroom with easy bath access. Second bedroom on main floor with single bed. Two large bedrooms with 1/ 2 bath on second floor. Sound insulation throughout and triple pane glass for privacy and cooling.
All natural cotton bedding and linens provided with pillows. Cottage sleeps 7 with ceiling fans in all rooms. Extra people will be charged $30 per night. There are two queen beds and three single beds. Large windows open to provide a beautiful airy feel in every room.
Fully equipped, kitchen and dining, LCD TV, internet, books, board games, deck chairs and BBQ. Utility room washer and dryer. All electrical and fire safety codes 2018. 1250 gallon sewage service provided, extra sewage fee for overage.
Nearby public amenities include public beach, boat launch, children's playground, Delta Marsh boardwalk and lookout. All services available in nearby Portage la Prairie (20 min drive). NEW: General store is now open at Delta Beach by the bridge and causeway.
Quiet family area--no parties--no smoking--no cannabis--no fireworks--pets considered with restrictions on a case by case basis and with an additional $150 cleaning fee and extra $500 security deposit. Pets must be crate-trained and sleep in their own crate in the living area at night. No pet is to be left unattended in the chalet at anytime. Please refer to "Cottage Rules" for more information on our cancellation policy and having pets at the Chalet. Also, if you are considering having a pet at the Chalet, this information should be included in your initial inquiry. No Fireworks are allowed to be set off at anytime on the property nor on the beach area in front of the property.
Bank e-transfer preferred for payments. Bookings are normally Saturday to Friday--6 nights. A two week consecutive rental includes one free night. No weekend/long weekend only rentals. Monthly and longer term rentals are welcome and negotiable. Please refer to "Cottage Rules" for further information and cancellation policy.

| We have stayed twice now in this lovely chalet at Delta beach. It was perfect for our family - an hour from Winnipeg, room for everyone (including accessible accommodations for my elderly mother), and equipped with everything we needed. The house was roomy enough so that we could all (five people) have our private space (we had to do some work and studying) yet also feel like we were vacationing together. We enjoyed walking on the beach, or just watching the dramatic weather changes and the birds (including pelicans and Eagles) from the large porch or the cozy chairs inside. Diane was a gracious and responsive host. We have stayed at comparable beachfront properties in other places in Canada, but this is the only one to which we have returned ? and we look forward to doing so again in the future.

| 5 of us stayed at Diane's for a week. Tons of room, so comfortable and very well equipped. The cottage is exactly as shown in the photos. It is immaculately clean and diane has set out a good feet washing bucket to help keep it that way. The cottage stays amazingly cool even on the hottest day. We outdoor swim right in front of the cottage and there was no need to walk 2 cabins over to the public beach. Very quiet during the week. We all loved the long long walk out o to the water before getting up to our knees. The bottom of the lake was very sandy. It was an amazing stay and I will return for sure.

| We were pleasantly surprised and very happy with our stay at this beautiful new and fully furnished cabin. It has all the creature comforts of home and also offers some of the best views of Lake Manitoba available (not to mention a beautiful sandy beach just steps from the spacious deck). The lake was clean and cool and we spent many hours in the shallow waters jumping from sand bar to sand bar. It was incredibly hot during our stay but this cabin has the magical ability to stay cool. Every room has a roof fan so even if there wasn't a breeze you could find relief from the heat. The owners are amazingly accommodating and accessible. Any questions we had were answered immediately. They allow pets (with some restrictions) which really completed and enhanced our stay. We look forward to returning to this little piece of paradise.

| Our family very much enjoyed our stay at this cottage. For us, the best part about it was that it is accessible which enabled my mother, who is wheelchair bound, to join us. It is not often you find a cottage with a ramp, accessible bathroom facilities and smooth, wheelchair friendly floor surfaces. This was wonderful for us. The cottage itself is new with every convenience you need. The décor is attractive and furnishings are all comfortable. It has one of the nicest stretches of sandy beach in this area. The breezes each day were welcome relief and kept the bugs away! We would definitely return for another stay.
