Located at Seawood Estates in Stanley Bridge PEI, this executive cottage, Licenced by Tourism PEI, is nestled in pine trees. The water is just across the road and a short walk through a common area or pathway. Bayview Pines Cottage is a newly renovated four bedroom cottage featuring a new kitchen with quartz counter tops and new stainless steel appliances, microwave, toaster oven and a Keurig coffee maker. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans and cutlery. Our cottage is completely furnished with new a washer/ dryer, sofas and beds throughout. There is also a flat screen TV and WIFI provided.
Bayview Pines cottage has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a large walk in shower. There are 2 large decks, one front deck is a great spot to view the gorgeous sunrise, and a large back deck for relaxing and entertaining at the outdoor dining table with plenty of seating. The back deck is also a great place to enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
The front main part of the cottage has one Master Bedroom with a queen bed, and one bedroom with a double bed that sleeps one adult or two children. Also, the back addition to the cottage has a 2nd private Master bedroom with a queen bed, and a bedroom with two twin beds, as well as one full bathroom. NOTE, The back bedrooms and bathroom is accessible from the rear deck only, as it is an addition to the main cottage.
Enjoy your evenings with a nightly camp fire at the backyard fire pit. You are just a few minutes walk to a nice stroll along the shore with a picturesque view of the dunes.
Bayview Pines Cottage is just a few minutes from PEI's national park Cavendish Beach. You will find so many things to do on your vacation such as golf, hiking, biking, kayaking, deep sea fishing, shopping and restaurants etc. There are many other attractions like "Ripley's Believe it or Not" and the "Sand Spit Fun Park" with lots of rides, games and mini golf.

Season Weekly Rate is $2000.00 per week with a $150.00 cleaning fee. Total $2150.00 weekly.

| We drove from Ontario to beautiful P.E.I for the week. This cottage was perfect for the 8 of us. It had everything we needed and more. Only 5 minutes from Cavendish, which was awesome. It was so nice sitting on the front porch in the evening looking out at the London Bay. The owners were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

| What a wonderful cottage! This was our first stay and will not be our last! The cottage is very well laid out and even with eight of us was spacious. It was very well equiped and the outside decks were great. So many thoughtful extras by the owners! It is obvious that a lot of thought and effort went into the cottage
