Very spacious 2 storey cottage on large lot with privacy. Less than 30 meters to beautiful O'Brian's beach. No roads to cross, very safe. Property is surrounded by a lot of trees and has water view.

This cottage was recently renovated. It has 3 large decks and one terrace. 2 decks (one on each floor) are facing the water and are fully enclosed. The third one and terrace are on south side of the cottage. Decks are furnished. Table seating 6 and some chairs and loungers (not shown in photographs).

The cottage has mostly all new furniture. Has fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffeemaker, BBQ, fire pit, utensils, bed linens, bath towels, lots of games, puzzles, cable TV, stereo with CD player/iPod dock/USB connectivity, some beach chairs and some beach toys.

There are also two very stable ocean going kayaks and PFD in various sizes (no guarantees on sizes).

Just bring your personal things and your own beach towels.

The neighbours are all wonderful and helpful and will happily answer your questions about the area and give directions if you need.

NOTE: No tents. No trailers. No RVs. Maximum 3 cars. If you have a set up which you feel is acceptable and needed, we can discuss. Supplement for cars plugged into the electricity.
No parties or large groups of visitors.

Rentals are weekly Saturday to Saturday - Check out is 11am - Check in is 3pm

A $500 cash security deposit via eTransfer one week prior to your arrival. The security deposit will be transferred back to you once the cottage is checked by the cleaning crew for damage etc.
