RidgeStone cottage is a lovely two-story cottage right on Paudash Lake. Here, you will find four bedrooms and two full bathrooms to accommodate a large family or mature group of nine guests. The views are spectacular from inside the home and from the main deck through its glass panels, which overlooks the lake. The south-west exposure allows for beautiful sunny days enjoyed by the dock and gorgeous sunsets in the evenings. The water entry is sandy and gradual, which is perfect for young children and for those who enjoy to swim! There is also a huge dock to accommodate a motorized boat, fishing or diving. This newly renovated cottage comes equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need with stylish furniture, granite counter tops throughout, flat screen television with WIFI access , newer appliances and a fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space. The home has been professionally decorated from top to bottom in a neutral palette to create a beautiful backdrop for your relaxing getaway. The property is located off of a private and quiet street, ideal for children and those wanting to escape from the hassle of the city! MAIN LEVEL The main level contains a mudroom with a coat closet and closet that holds a brand new washer/ dryer set. There is a 3PC bathroom with a glass enclosed stand up shower, vanity with quartz counter top and toilet. The expansive kitchen includes a stainless steel stove, over the range microwave, dishwasher, stainless steel French door refrigerator, small appliances and all dish-ware, cutlery, cookware and glassware. There is plenty of storage in the upper and lower cabinets and also in a separate pantry. The dining room table seats eight guests comfortably and with the island accommodating another 3 guests with views of the lake through large glass windows.
UPPER LEVEL
The upper level features four bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom contains a King sized bed with a beautiful balcony to enjoy that morning coffee while overlooking the lake! The master bedroom contains a large closet. The upper 3 Piece bathroom contains a large granite top vanity, tub/shower combination and toilet. There is one children's bedroom with a single/double bunk bed. Two additional guest bedrooms contain queen sized beds, fitted with night stands and a closet in each bedroom for storage. All beds are fitted with clean sheets, pillows and bedding for your stay.
Cottage is professionally cleaned after each stay.
OUTDOORS
Steps into the lake lead you in with a shallow sandy entry and a large dock to accommodate a motorized boat. You can launch your boat at the Paudash Lake Marina. There is a fire pit along the side of the house with eight adirondack chairs. The cottage comes with 3 kayaks and 1 canoe, 1 Paddle board and enough life jackets for your recreational use.
BBQ available - propane is provided at no additional cost.

| This cottage checks all the boxes! The water at the end of the dock is deep and clean. The marina is an added bonus for a quick paddle for ice cream or other treats. Zach was very prompt in his replies and really accommodating to our extra requests.

| My family of 7 had a great time at this beautiful cottage. It was modern, clean and it had everything we needed. We enjoyed countless hours out in clear Paudash Lake. We also rented a boat and tube from the Paudash Marina. The cottage owner was fast and helpful in all our communications. We highly recommend this cottage. Hope to return there next summer!

| We had a great time at Ridgestone Cottage!
We were a family of 4 and a family of 5 staying together - 4 adults and 5 kids, ages 6, 8, 11, 14 and 15.
Lots of things to keep us busy:
Entry to the lake was great. I thought from the pictures it would be a long staircase down to the water, but it wasn't - less than 15 steps in total, I think. We mostly swam from the dock - but there is also a shallow entry area. The lake is clear and lovely to swim in!
There was one canoe (that we put 3 people in), a 2 person kayak, 2 single kayaks and a paddle board. It was great - because we could all go on adventures together! There's also a marina a 20 minute paddle away - so we went to visit multiple times to get snacks and ice cream. It was a perfect little trip. There were lots of life jackets of varying sizes, as well as a puddle jumper - so that worked out as well.
The kids play structure was just the right size for the little kids - so they got some outside play as the grown ups sat in the red chairs and chatted.
Kitchen was well stocked, WiFi and showers worked well and people spent a lot of time lounging on the couch. The top level outdoor balcony was good for some quiet time and the main outdoor area was good for hanging around.
All in all - we had a great time. Everyone found some things that they enjoyed and we all had a blast. We would definitely go back!

| What an amazing cottage!! Excellent location on a quiet lane. Our host was responsive and kind, checking in to see how we were doing. We enjoyed sunsets, and great swimming/fishing right off the dock. Many hours were spent in the kayaks and the canoe and the boys caught 19" and 15" bass at their favourite "honey hole" on the lake! The cottage was expertly appointed in all areas. We ate in often and were so thankful for the thoroughness of our hosts in setting up the kitchen. The cottage was modern, bright and clean--a pleasure to be in even on rainy days! Great trail right off the lane for walking your pet as well...an added bonus! We highly recommend this cottage for the discerning cottager who is looking for more of a "home away from home" experience. This one is brilliant!! Treasured memories made here :)
