ASHWOOD COTTAGE:
Beautiful Cottage by the shores of Lake Erie is just a short stroll (2 min. walk) to the Beach entrance on Ashwood Ave.
Main Floor:
This bright modern cottage provides an open concept family and dining room to gather with friends and family. Large dining area has a table and chairs for 6 or more people. Family room includes a big couch, love seat and chair for watching movies on big screen TV - free wifi, bring your Netflix or streaming service. We also have lots of classic DVD movies to enjoy and collection of game boards stored inside the antique coffee table.
The fully equipped kitchen has a large fridge, stove, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, regular coffee maker, cookware, crockpot, baking dishes, blender, etc. and ample storage drawers for all your food supplies. The living room area at the front of the cottage included love seat, rocking chair and a cosy gas fireplace - a great room to relax, read a book, play games, sip your morning coffee and enjoy the view.
The large master bedroom on the main floor includes a queen bed, ceiling fan, built-in closet and dresser. The 2nd bedroom on the main floor is our Sun Bedroom for the kids. Great beach themed room with 2 single beds, dressers, and lots of windows.
2nd Floor:
The sleeping area on the upper floor includes one queen bed, single bed and air conditioning. The upper level is a unique space which overlooks the yard and you can often hear the sound of the beach waves through the window.
Outdoors:
The large patio deck off the family room is a great space, which overlooks our large property and offers an outstanding view of the surrounding cottages. There is a patio table on the deck with bench seating, patio umbrellas for shade, and gas barbeque including all utensils for outdoor cooking.
This is a beautiful, picturesque property with 100-year-old maples trees providing a serene setting to relax and enjoy lounging under the canopy shade or catching sunrays in the open sunny yard on a chaise lounge. 2- Picnic tables and lounge chairs setup in the yard for your use. Firepit area with 6 comfy muskoka chairs to enjoy evening campfires and storytelling. We look forward to sharing our property with you for your holiday vacation.
