This property is lake view with a 4 minute picturesque walk through woods to beach Large green space in front of cottage for games. Shady side yard under the trees. Large covered porch. This cottage is a fully furnished, year round home that includes 2 fridges, dishwasher, mic and laundry facilities and central heating and air conditioning. Great room with kitchen, dining and living room with tv. There is a finished basement. High season rates apply to July & August. Sunday to Sunday $1800 wk. No weekend renting during high season. Note regarding beds. 3 rooms; 1st room has bunks with 4 single mattresses, 2nd room has a queen, 3rd has two single mattresses that usually are pushed together for a king or can pull apart for 2 singles.
