Available by the week or bi-weekly and weekends ... Price reduction by multiple week rental ...you will be staying in a well maintained bachelor that is SUPER CLEAN , quiet and safe . Children welcome . Pets available with restrictions.
Rental weeks are Sunday to Sunday . Check in: 3:00 pm check out: 11:00am
50% rental deposit required on booking + $250 damage deposit (refundable the week after check out assuming no damage to the room ) full payment due upon arrival . If cancelation is required , we can return your deposit(s) if we have 60 days notice prior to your vacation start date .... Or if we are successful in renting out your week .

| Bonjour! Belle accueil sympathique par la propriétaire. Beau petit chalet coquet, tranquille et abordable, très bien situé au centre ville de Shédiac près de tous les services. Offre un accès facile en voiture aux 2 plages Parley et Aboiteau. On a adoré notre court séjour, je recommande l'endroit très agréable!

| Belle maison, propre et bien située au coeur de la ville. La proprietaire est très gentille. On a adoré notre séjour de 2 semaines, c'était comme a la maison mais en moeix car on était à Shédiac :-)
