Baylake Cottage Rental ... a great vacation experience A newly built lakeside retreat with the comforts of home on a fantastic lake. Just over 2 Hours from Toronto, the spacious, 4 bedroom, 2200 sq ft cottage sleeps up to 9 so is perfect for one or two families. Imagine spending time with friends and family in a very spacious open concept main floor while you soak in sun filled views of the lake all day long. Spend the day swimming or paddling in our family friendly, shallow, sandy waterfront. Explore Bay Lake's shoreline by canoe or paddle boat. Relax on either one of our two decks off the cottage or enjoy the fully equipped entertainment system; 55 or 40 inch LCD TV's with DVD , many hit movies for adults and kids, surround sound stereo servicing the main level, Wii with many child friendly action and sports games, and board games. The sparkling fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar overlooks a custom built barn board table and breathtaking lake views. The kitchen includes all new stainless steel appliances; ceramic top stove, microwave, side by side fridge/ freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, blender, grill plate, all pots, pans, dishes and cutlery. (BBQ is on main outdoor deck).
Finally the night-time brings phenomenal sunsets then songs and stories around the fire pit. When you do finally retire to bed the King Master Suite includes picturesque sunset views of Bay Lake, full en-suite bath and balcony. | Our family had an amazing stay at Bay Lake! The cottage layout was perfect and very spacious! There was lots of room for our group and so many different areas around the house and property for us to hang out. We all loved that there were so many water crafts! We had a few kids with us and they were all constantly playing out on the water. We loved the Pac-Man and other games in the basement too! We spent our time fishing off the dock and had a few campfires as well! It was such a family friendly cottage! We had a few rainy days but the screened in porch still gave us the feeling of being outside. We loved our stay and would definitely return again!

| A fantastic experience. Beautiful cottage both inside and out, with all of the amenities of home. A great family cottage, adults and kids had loads of space and activities to do. The water was warm and had a nice sandy, shallow entry which was perfect for the little ones. The owners were responsive and responsible. We look forward to renting this cottage again in the future.

| Truly amazing and super kids friendly cottage ! Beautiful location and very well equipped. Great deck with large selection of water craft. Plenty of Muskoka chairs to sit on and sip your morning coffee while looking at the early morning fog flowing over the lake as the sun is rising. It's been great pleasure dealing with the owners - super responsive and happy to answer any questions we had (and we kept coming back with more and more of those). Very easy access to water. All eight of us (including 4 kids) had blast and are definitely looking forward to coming back. I cannot think of anything we did not like about the cottage. Highly recommended.

| This is the second time we've rented this beautiful cottage on Baylake and it did not disappoint! My family and I enjoyed the waterfront and loved the deck addition. With the sandbox and many water toys played with during the day, this tuckered out the kids which led to a few relaxing evenings by the fire. I especially enjoyed some quiet time (and the view) from the lounge set on the back screened in porch. I really enjoy this cottage and highly recommend! Looking forward to renting again!

| The owners are very pleasant people to deal with. The lake-setting, the cottage itself and the activities provided by the owners are very well suited for family vacations. The scenery is very Muskoka-like.
We would suggest that the optional cleaning fee for week end, be built into the rental fee for everyone.
