A historic building (Old Fire Station) turned to a spacious summer rental vacation.Large Lakeview property provides beautiful view of Lake Erie and offer access to front private beach. Excellent swimming and fishing. Walking distance to bike trail and 2 mins. to Mohawk Marina/ Hippo's. 10 mins.from Dunnville where you will find Tim Hortons, with plenty of shopping, McDonalds, A&W, Godfather's pizza (delivers), Canadian Tire, LCBO, banking and plenty of sites to see in the area. Close Rock Point Park Conservation Area, Freedom Oaks 18 hole golf course and Dunnville Golf and Country Club with a 9 hole public course.
45 mins.to Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake. 20 mins.to PortColborne Promenade and Canal District.Stroll along the Welland Canal,watch massive ships pass through Lock 8,and explore the charming shops, restaurants,cafe's and enjoy local ice cream from Dairy Queen & etc. 5mins.to Long Beach Conservation area.

| Great place to stay kids had a blast indoor and out! Great for entertaining indoor with fooseball ball table, pool table, multiple tvs w streaming, kitchens fantastic with great appliances and very clean. A unique and historic place once was the town firehall tons of space. Waterfront that accommodated swimming, paddle boats, fishing and fire pit w fantastic scenery sunrise to sunset highly recommend this hidden gem!

| I had a great stay
Place is as advertised and would be great for a group or family
Pool table was lots of fun and kitchen and large space by the water are great!
Would suggest that you bring water shoes due to rocks (mostly very smooth) but the water was great

| Absolutely amazing, the place was huge plenty of room for everyone that came. Games inside to play which were great considering the one morning was raining.
Outside there was lots of room for my little one to play plus a play structure right in the back yard. Had its own private beach but rocky so would recommend water shoes.
Lilio was a great host very knowledgeable about the area letting me know of the sandy beaches down the road and a couple different little restaurants in the area. Also available if we needed anything.

| When you book a cottage and you really do not know what it will look like, you create expectations , in which we did. Most times your expectations fall short. With the #1 cottage it went beyond expectations. We loved every part of our vacation and Lilio the awesome host, did everything to make our stay perfect. We were wowed by the ongoing plans of a private "oasis" on the beach.

| We stayed at the cottage for a week with children.
Lilio's hospitality was above any expectations. He went extra miles to make our stay truly amazing.
The accommodation reflected owners personalty and had very unique character with lots of beautiful features. It instantly felt like home.
We were travelling from Scotland and staying at Lilio's was a highlight of our holiday.
We cannot thank you enough for it.
