This 1750 sq.ft. cottage was built in 2000 on the unspoiled North/East side of the island on St Margaret's beach.
The cottage is nestled on a 1.1 acre lot overlooking the ocean with plenty of privacy.
The view is spectacular and all amenities are included in this very well kept cottage. The beach has a small knee high river that flows into the ocean for kids to play in or rinse after a day at the beach. Please visit our sight for more details! The cottage rental check in time is on Saturday.
We require a deposit of 30% to reserve your stay.
The rate is for 4 people, there is a $50.00 charge per person over that.
The $150.00 cleaning fee is in addition to the rental fee.
The cancellation policy is based on 75% of the balance and is 100% refundable prior to 60 days of your stay.

Richard

My group of eight golfers have been renting this cottage during the same September week for the last fifteen years. The cottage is central to golf at Crowbush and Dundarave, while enjoying the ocean view and the beach.
Sleeping facilities are perfect, the kitchen and dining room work well for a larger group.
Clean, bright and confortable.
