This cottage is a beautifully renovated four-season property situated on a stunning private beach.

Recently, the cottage underwent some upgrades. A complete water filtration system was installed, eliminating all iron and sulfur from the well water.

The living area of the cottage is bright and spacious, with an open-concept kitchen/dining room/living space. The kitchen comes fully stocked with pots, pans, coffee maker, etc. The dining table seats 6. There is one full bathroom on the main floor and another bathroom with a stand-up shower in the Master's Bedroom.

There are two sleeping areas in the cottage. The Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed and a sunroom attached to it, with skylights and breathtaking views. The second bedroom has a Bunk Bed with a Twin over Double setup. The living room features a sofa that folds out to a double bed.

Outside, the cottage has a firepit, a patio set, lawn chairs, and a BBQ. The large U-shaped balcony overlooks the ocean and offers sun or shade anytime during the day.
