Note: Beautifully private beach area with 100' of sand beach frontage. Benoir is part of a 3 lake chain featuring 34 miles of boating on Baptiste and Elephant Lakes.
These waters are great for fishing and include the following species; Bass, Pike, Pickerel and the always great Muskie. Motor boat rentals, boat launch, and horseback riding is near by.
The waterfront is gradually sloping to deeper depths which makes it great/safe for kids.
You can even canoe into algonquin park from the cottag

Weekends are considered Friday to Monday.
Weekly rentals are from Friday to Friday.

Had a wonderful stay at Benoir Lake. It was an amazing view and the kids had a great time on the water.

very disappointed despite all the great reviews...
-cottage in disrepair, dehumidifier in basement needs to be emptied every day, very damp
-water leaking through living room ceiling
-listed amenities include peddle boat...but its unusable and broken
-not listed is a kayak...which was a nice surprise...but no paddle (?)
overall shabby for the premium price...never again

Hi Bruce,
thank you for the feedback and im sorry your rental experience wasn't a great one and that your rental week was a full 7 days of rain.
We have since had the roof and pedal boat repaired.
The dampness in the basement was related to the rain you experienced the entire week so that is why we provide a dehumidifier otherwise the dampness would have been much worse.

We stayed at cottage for 4 nights. It's a very nice place to spend with family. Nice view from the cottage, private and big area for kids and dog to run and play. There were few canoes and kayaks that we used for paddling across the lake. The cottage is few minutes drive from Algonquin park that is great for hiking. There is a nice High Falls trail just 5 minutes to drive from cottage.
All over the cottage is very spacious and has everything you need.
We would recommend to stay at this place.

Great cottage! Our family of 13 had a wonderful time. The lot was level and grassy, great for playing games and running around. The sandy shallow entry into the water was perfect for the kids, and the fishing right off the dock was a bonus! Definitely will return! Thank you Glen

amazing cottage for family with children and cleanness. Great view with lake at backyard and also privacy settings are good too .
