Lakefront Cottage, 2 Saunas & Hot Tub, Private Dock, Games Room, 1.5 Hrs From Toronto

Lakefront in Severn, about 1.5 hours from the GTA, this cottage is built for unwinding. Enjoy TWO saunas: a large wood-burning cedar barrel sauna by the water and a modern electric sauna with lake views, plus a hot tub. Inside you'll find two living areas with a wood stove, Smart TVs and comfortable seating, a full kitchen, a dining room that seats the whole group, and a games room with a pool table and shuffleboard. Outside: a huge deck, a bug-free screened dining porch, a hammock and a private dock. Your lakeside reset starts here.

THE SPACE
Four bedrooms sleep nine: a king, two queens, a double and a single. Two and a half bathrooms. Bed linens and towels are provided.

THE WATERFRONT
A private dock over clear, weed-free water with an easy shallow entry that gets deep quickly, deep enough to dive off the end of the dock. Water toys include a double kayak, a paddleboard, life jackets in a range of sizes, floaties and pool noodles. Families with toddlers are welcome to bring their own flotation device for extra peace of mind.

THE SAUNA RITUAL
Fire up the wood-burning sauna by the dock, then take a cold plunge in the lake. Firewood is provided for the sauna and the fire pit.

WORK FROM THE COTTAGE
Wifi and cell service are strong and reliable. A dedicated workstation with two monitors and HDMI cables is ready for your laptop. There is also a private gym (adults only).

GUEST ACCESS
The entire house and grounds are yours: every room, both saunas, the hot tub, the deck and screened porch, the dock, the water toys, the gym and the workstation. Free parking on site. Self check-in with a keypad.
