Welcome to our peaceful lakeside retreat. With over 1000 square feet of living space there is lots of room for the whole family to enjoy. 3 bedrooms + 1 bathroom and can comfortably sleep 8 people. We also have an additional bunkie that can be used as a recreation area for the kids.
The cottage is full of amenities such as an open concept living, dining and kitchen as well as a coffee bar. We have tons of family games for both indoor and outdoors. We have a large trampoline that gets great use from our kids and guests! It has a TV with Netflix included for those rainy days. Curl up by the indoor fire place and enjoy endless family memories.
The outdoor activities include swimming, fishing and water sports. The cottage includes 2 standup paddle boards, 2 kayaks and a canoe along with paddles.
We are located 20 mins from Bancroft which has all the amenities of a nice Ontario small town (grocery, lcbo, bars, restaurants, shopping, ice cream shops, Tim Hortons, McDonald's etc)
Baptiste lake is part of a 3 chain lake connecting to Elephant lake and Benoir lake. With hours of boating available. The public boat launch is right down the road and the marina is located across the lake.
The cottage is nestled at the bottom of a steep hill. It is recommended to have 4WD or all wheel drive to drive down to the cottage. Otherwise there is a parking pad at the top of the hill for those with 2 wheel drive.
