We absolutely love having well-behaved pups stay with us! To help us keep everything fresh and comfortable for our next guest, we do prefer that dogs stay off the furniture and beds. If your pup does happen to sneak up for a cuddle, no worries, just please bring your own blankets to cover any furniture or bedding they may use.
And of course, please remember to clean up after your furry friend both inside and outside.

My group of 4 loved our fall stay at Susanne & Dave's cottage! The property was beautiful and private, and the cottage itself was absolutely picturesque. Not having to bring our own sheets/towels was definitely a plus, we felt right at home with all the amenities and extras that were provided here, not to mention the paddleboard and kayaks! It was the perfect relaxing weekend retreat and we can't wait to come back next year with 2 more friends.

One thing I would note is if you're arriving at night, it can be hard to see the signs on the road. Keep going until you see 684C, and then take the right fork in the path - during the day, you can see the 684A sign from the road but in the dark, our headlights didn't illuminate it. Other than that, the Google directions to the provided address are perfect!

Fall is such a special time of year here, with the colours on the trees and the quiet on the lake, and we're thrilled the property gave you the privacy and relaxation you were hoping for. We always want our guests to feel right at home the moment they walk in, so having fresh linens, towels and all the little extras ready for you is something we're proud of. It sounds like the paddleboard and kayaks got some good use too!
