Set on the shores of beautiful Big Rideau Lake, this private waterfront retreat is designed for making lasting memories with family and friends. Outside, you'll find multiple outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the property. Unwind in the screened-in hot tub gazebo, gather in the second screened gazebo featuring comfortable seating and a TV, or spend your evenings around the large fire pit under the stars.
Follow the steps down to a scenic seating area overlooking the bay, then continue to the waterfront where a charming lakeside gazebo provides the perfect spot to relax and take in the views.
The private dock is perfect for swimming, fishing, or docking your boat during your stay. Guests can explore the quiet bay using the provided kayaks and paddleboards before venturing out onto the larger waters of Big Rideau Lake. The sheltered bay offers calm waters for paddling, excellent fishing opportunities, and easy access to boating on one of Ontario's most beautiful lakes.
Inside, the cottage offers a warm and inviting space designed for gathering, relaxing, and spending quality time together. The open-concept main floor is the heart of the home, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, and comfortable living room centered around a wood-burning stove—perfect for cozy evenings after a day on the lake. Large windows throughout the cottage bring in natural light and showcase views of the surrounding trees and waterfront.
The lower level is dedicated to fun and entertainment, with a games room featuring a pool table, foosball table, and a selection of board games, creating the perfect spot for friendly competition on rainy days or after sunset. Comfortable bedrooms are spread throughout the cottage, providing privacy and space for larger groups.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with direct access to a private screened-in deck, where you can enjoy your morning coffee surrounded by nature. This level also features a spacious bathroom complete with a soaker tub and separate shower, creating the perfect place to unwind after a day of boating, fishing, or exploring the lake.
There are 4 additional bunkies. One bunkie has a washroom and 3 have beds. They all have air conditioning and heating. To rent these please inquire as they are if your group is over 12 guests.
Please note: The primary renter will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide valid government-issued photo identification prior to arrival. This agreement outlines property rules, occupancy limits, waterfront and hot tub safety information, and other important details to help ensure an enjoyable stay for all guests.
