The Space
The property features a main cottage and a separate, private boathouse, offering a total of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms: The Main Cottage accommodates up to 4 guests (2 small bedrooms / 1 BA), . The Boathouse (1 large bedroom / 1 BA) features a king bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and panoramic lake views. The Boathouse has a window AC unit.

A notable highlight of the property is the screened-in porch sitting right on the water. It provides plenty of space to entertain, featuring a farmhouse table for group gatherings and a comfortable seating area to unwind.

Recreation and Adventure
Charleston Lake has more than 160km of rugged, winding shoreline, excellent fishing, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, etc. Charleston Lake Provincial Park is only 2 minutes away, granting hikers access to over 25 kilometres of trails. Only 20 minute drive to the 1000 islands and to the town of Gananoque which features an incredible collection of cozy cafes and boutique restaurants.
