•Dock access not guaranteed in extreme low water, but we have never had an issue, there is a marina 5 mins away, for launching your boat.

There are lots of activities and amenities available near bye! Spall Golf course is a 5 min drive + there are many other courses in the area, the ski hill is a 40 min drive, offering skiing in the winter and mountain biking in summer! Wineries are abundant in the valley! Lots of areas for dirt biking, rock climbing, hiking etc!
