This spacious waterfront escape comfortably hosts up to 8 guests in 4 luxurious bedrooms with 3 washroom (1 on each floor). Brand new beds/ mattresses/pillows/furniture/couches/dishes. Enjoy modern amenities in the fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the deck and sunroom overlooking the lake. Relax on your private dock, perfect for lazy days reading, swimming, fishing and boating. Have a campfire under the stars or retreat to the walk-out lower level for foosball, treadmill or directly outside for the hot tub or fire. ACCOMODATIONS
- Our cottage comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests across four bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: King bed (main floor)
Bedroom 2: Queen bed (upstairs)
Bedroom 3: Two single beds (upstairs)
Bedroom 4: Double over Queen - Bunk Bed (downstairs - walkout)
All bed linens and bath towels are provided for your convenience. The cottage also features two full bathrooms and one half bath. There is a walkout basement providing access to the hot tub. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner are included.
PRIVATE WATERFRONT & DOCK
- You have direct access to the pristine Twelve Mile Lake from your private dock (3 chain lake for boating).
- Boat launch on the same lake and dock on property to put your boat.
- Sea Doo Rentals at the boat launch.
- Perfect for swimming, fishing, or simply soaking up the misty mornings, afternoon sun and evening sunsets.
- Canoes, kayaks, SUPS and equipment are provided for your enjoyment.

- Granite counters open to the dining area. Large Solid Wood Dining table.
- For cooking you have a full-size gas range/oven; BBQ; Blender; Keurig; all the ways to make coffee; and premium cookware.

WALK-OUT REC ROOM (Lower Level)
- With big windows overlooking the river, this walk-out, the rec room space is as big as the great room above; a perfect escape for the kids or a family unit.
- There's a flatscreen TV. Bring your game console or login into your favourite streaming platform for movie night.
- There are boardgames and puzzles.
- On this level is the fourth bedroom (Double over Queen) and a 2-pc bathroom; the perfect spot for the kids to escape adult talk.
MASTER BEDROOM
- The master has a king bed and walk-out to its own private deck. This is your own sitting area to relax.
- The master also has a crib and pack and play in the closet.
UPSTAIRS BEDROOMS
- Upstairs has two bedrooms and 4-piece bathroom. The stairs is open overlooking all the action below.
LAUNDRY
- Stackable washer and dryer.
- Hypoallergenic laundry detergent and Resolve Laundry Stain Remover provided, because sometimes adventures can be dirty.
