Welcome to Kabin on the Rocks!
Discover our modern French country hillside hunt cabin featuring two bedrooms and an inviting open-concept living area. Nestled amidst 200 acres of lush forest, our all-season Kabin offers breathtaking views and access to beautiful Davis Lake. Conveniently located just over 2 hours from Toronto, this is your home away from home.
Cozy up by the wood stove, dip into the lake from the dock, soak in the saltwater hot tub under the stars, or gather around the natural stone fire pit. Whether you're a couple, a group of friends, or a small family, this is your space to relax, reset, and reconnect with nature.
Lake Access Just Steps Away
The cabin sits just across the lake with a quiet local road in between. You can access the private dock via a stone pathway or Ewles Drive. Just a few steps down and you're in the refreshing, clear waters of Davis Lake — perfect for morning swims or sunset dips.
Stylish & Comfortable Interior
Enjoy radiant heated floors in the main bathroom, a retro-style Iio fridge, Keurig coffee maker, and thoughtful touches like an Endy mattress and buttery-soft linens. Every detail is designed for comfort.
Relaxing Outdoor Space
The saltwater hot tub with hydrotherapy jets is a guest favorite, along with our new 3 burner Napoleon BBQ, stone fire pit, and access to the dock — all surrounded by peaceful forest.
Year-Round Adventures
In the warmer months, enjoy boating, ATVing, fishing, and hiking right nearby. In winter, try ice fishing, snowshoeing, or explore the surrounding snowy woods. Nearby farmers' markets and a charming local ice cream shop are just a short drive away.
Modern Comforts in the Woods
Each of the two bedrooms includes A/C, heating, and USB charging ports. Full instructions are in the welcome book to help you feel right at home.
Pets are also welcome for a $100 fee.
Access & Parking
Access is via a municipally maintained road, leading to our Kabin's short private road. While the road may have a steep incline and rough terrain, but ample parking is available once you arrive — just keep to the left of the exposed rock.
